Comes in J-Card Case with folded one-side-printed inlay card. This release is also known as halo three which is printed on the back of the packaging under the NIN logo. Some of the durations given on the release are slightly shorter than the tracks are. Track 11 is a 3 second vocal clip of a woman (Heather Day) saying "Let's hear it for Nine Inch Nails! Woo! He's good." and isn't listed in the tracklist. This sound clip comes from a broadcast of the TV show "Dance Party USA".
