Review by Bryan Carroll
One of Low's trademark songs, "Over the Ocean," helped to bring the ascetic band to the attention of a larger audience; like most Low compositions, it is uniquely beautiful and instantly recognizable. "Violence," a track from their previous Vernon Yard record Long Division, and an early, even more reserved version of Songs for a Dead Pilot's austere "Be There" are also included.
