Review by William Ruhlmann
This five-track "maxi-single" (with a running time of 20:24) is built around "One Word," one of the catchier songs on the Eno/Cale album Wrong Way Up. "One Word" is presented in both an edited version and in a remixed version, and the disc also contains another song from the album, "Empty Frame," Eno's cover of William Bell's 1962 song "You Don't Miss Your Water" from the soundtrack to Married To The Mob, and a previously unreleased song, "Grandfather's House," which is a moody John Cale ballad. As such, the disc makes a good, short sampler of Eno's (and Cale's) pop work of the late '80s and early '90s.
