Returning from a four-year absence, Love and Rockets attempts to update their sound with Hot Trip to Heaven. Adding several elements of the British house and ambient dance scenes to their sound doesn't make Love and Rockets sound hip. Instead, they sound like they're trying to figure out what the hell is going on.
